TELEform (Forms design and processing)

Teleform is a complete forms design and data collection application. Teleform eliminates the expense of single purpose printed forms, and manual compilation of data. It also enables analysis and storing of data compiled.

Forms Design and definition
Designer allows you to quickly design and create new forms for any application. All tools are included to allow you to define areas of the forms for accurate recognition.

Forms Interpretation
Completed forms may be scanned or faxed. Data may be interpreted from paper and electronic formats including hand print recognition (ICR), machine printed characters (OCR), scanned, and mark sense (OMR) data.

Data Verification
As a check and balance tool, Teleform has a high speed verifier that highlights mismarked and illegible entries. There are three modes of correction processing; character-by-character, filed context, and form context. Intelligent recognition can be built in for a customized approach to recognition and verification.

Data Storage and Distribution
Once the interpratation and verification processes are complete, data can be distributed either through printed hard copy, or via fax (local or server based). Data is then automatically stored in your database, or may also be stored in a spreadsheet or mainfraim application. Teleform supports leading file formats including dBase, Acess, FoxPro, Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, ASCII, and more.
